I don't know whether anyone remembers Simon Willison's appeal for
information on maintainable CSS, or my reply to his question, but I've
expanded that into an article. I've outlined what I think are best
practices but I'd love to hear what you guys reckon. I've broadened the
scope to include team CSS coding as well as maintenance...
