I want to remind everybody that in 1996 the congress passed a bill to
authorize oil development in ANWR and it WAS BILL CLINTON WHO VETOED IT.
The estimate of availble oil at $30/bbl was about 10 to 15 billion barrels
at almost $70/bbl easily double that amount would be availble.
