I challenge anyone to find in the U.S. Constitution any power or authority
to give the money of the American People to foreign countries.
Foreign Aid is unlawful.
It's as simple as that.
The People have become so numbed and dumbed they don't even
speak a word of protest when the president and the congress
loot the public treasury of billions of dollars and dole it out
to foreign countries.
Every member of Congress who votes for this is guilty of violating
their oath to "uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution of
the united States, for all enemies foreign and domestic....."
Most of the "enemies of the united States" are in Washington DC.
The American People are going to re-elect most of them next
November.
It's like watching reruns of a bad sitcom for the 20th time.
