A New Government Program
The Social Democrats will have a tough demand, backed up with documented proof,
from an undivided group of Senators. The esteemed Senator Hillary Clinton and her
girl Friday, Barbara Mikulski, are leading the charge. Rarely have the Democrats
been so united on any one injustice in the nation as they are for this issue. Senator
Bill Frist, the new Senate majority leader, will most certainly cave under the intense
pressure. In the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi has complete agreement
from all the Democratic Representatives and she leads a strong coalition with such
names as Maxime Waters, Jim McDermott, David Bonior, Barney Frank, and Jessie
Jackson, Jr.
These cherished Senators and Representatives have been informed, by very
knowledgeable governmental sources, that Christmas spending for the year 2002
was a travesty of unfairness to the citizens of the United States. The sources of the
information are none other than the Federal Reserve Banking System,
Congressional Budget Office and the Treasury of the United States. Finally, the
Social Democrats are unified on a single point and expected legislation initiatives
will
follow.
Regrettably President Bush will almost certainly do everything within his power to
scuttle their efforts to protect his 'Rich' cronies. Ladies and Gentlemen this
condition cannot be allowed to continue if we wish to establish equality for all in
America. In a nation as wealthy as the United States the disparity in spending for
Christmas between the excessively affluent minority, and the massive poverty
stricken majority is totally unreasonable. Senator Clinton and Representative Pelosi
will initiate legislation within a few weeks to correct this massive travesty of
justice.
They intend to establish a totally new agency of government. The legislation will
also establish a totally new federal work force. It will be the responsibility of the
new agency to make sure that all gifts are of an equal value and that the wealthy
[those earning over $20,000 a year] are not abusing the system with their own
money.
The objective is to have no more abused and starving children or neglected old
people. The new Federal Government Agency will establish minimum gifts for each
and every individual in the nation. The new agency will 'initially' do the following:
A top-level government manager will establish the appropriate gift for each age.
A group of federal buyers will insure that the best price is obtained for each
item. A staff of inspectors will insure that no defective products are
supplied
to the government.
A staff of warehousing and shipping employees will establish distribution points.
A staff of regulators will insure that no advertising is allowed during the
Christmas
period. This will only apply to Christmas - Other ethnic celebration will not apply.
A staff of delivery personnel will deliver each individual's gift.
A staff of quality control personnel will insure entire distribution system is
working as
described.
Initially all individual's monies [without exceptions] allocated for Christmas giving
will be turned over to the Federal government to pay for the program. I am sure you
will totally agree with Senator Hillary Clinton and the Social Democrat Party, that
the Christmas Regional Approval Program [C.R.A.P.] will make Christmas more fair
and be better for all citizens of the United States.
