While browsing through one of the mainstream media's Bird Cage Liner Gazettes
earlier this year, I ran across a story from Pittsburgh titled, Man Gets Probation in
License Scam. The nub of the story dealt with how Arkan Al-Anoon of Dearborn,
Michigan, bought fraudulent Pennsylvania commercial drivers licenses; it was
referred to as a 'bribes-for-license scam.' Of course, there was no mention made of
the public official who accepted the bribe and sold an official Pennsylvania State
Drivers License. In reading the article, I couldn't help but ponder the denturist
licensing scam in Washington State, and how Gary Fox of Spokane, Mike Gillispie of
Sequim; Val and Chet Charron from Tacoma; Eric Hansen from Bellingham; Laslo
Bako from the Puget Sound area, and various other Washington State residents
sought denturist licenses using virtually the same scheme. They set up a scheme
whereby those who paid Citizens for Affordable Dentures and/or the Washington
Denturist Association a minimum of $10,000.00 would receive a reciprocal
Washington State Denturist License.
By 'contributing' to the extortive demand, wannabe denturists were given the
questions and answers to the National Indian Denturist Licensing Examination. Then,
at a meeting at the Spokane area residence of Gary Fox, they were tutored on the
questions and answers, and later 'examined' on the Nooksack Indian Reservation at
Deming, Washington. After 'successfully passing the exam,' all these individuals had
to do, was present their newly acquired National Indian Denturist Licenses to Gary
Fox and Eric Hansen when the Washington State Board of Denture Technology was
formed, and they would automatically receive their Washington State Denturist
License. Of course, there was one significant difference between the drivers license
and denturist licensing scheme; rather than being punished for wrong doing, these
individuals were rewarded by Governor Gary Locke, then Secretary of the
Department of Health Bruce Miyahara [currently Mary Selecky,] Attorney General
Christine O. Gregoire, Yakima County Prosecuting Attorney Jeff Sullivan [now an
Assistant United States Attorney,] and too numerous to mention state and federal
legislators and bureaucrats. How were they rewarded? Each of these individual
[including the F.B.I. and U.S. Department of Justice,] have refused to investigate
and/or punish the proponents and participants in this extortive scheme. There is a
great deal more to this story, and the evidence lies in the hands of attorneys in
Washington State.
These documents present evidence of the criminal racketeering acts outlined above,
and the absurdity of the more often than not, unconstitutional Washington State
regulatory system. For those who believe in the necessity of government complying
with constitutional law, I believe they are well worth reading. For some time now,
I've been watching and studying how through the use of federal and state tax dollars,
purported ecological organizations have been buying private property and then
re-selling it to the federal government. For all practical purposes, it appears the
tree huggers are using our tax dollars to purchase private property which they
in-turn, plan to sell to the federal government for a profit. A side benefit of these
questionable land transactions is that once the land is in federal hands, the
citizens whose money was used for the purchase are usually denied access to what
is now described as 'sustainable' or 'environmentally sensitive' land. In one such
documented case, the Bureau of Land Management condemned private property in
the Big Flat area of the King Range, because the owner wanted to build a new cabin
on it.
Apparently, William Devall, a wealthy leader of the ecology movement, now owns the
land. Under Mr. Devalls' stewardship of the land, the BLM has allowed him to
construct new buildings and an airstrip for a 'private retreat for environmental
activists and their activities.' I believe that in the vernacular often used by
President Kennedy, that is referred to as the public once again getting shafted. At
this point, I must question the economic logic behind transactions such as these. As
things stand, it won't be long before the common man won't be able to afford to claim
ownership of his square of the American dream. Even the lowliest resident of the tree
of knowledge will soon comprehend, as private land becomes ever more scarce,
taxes on what remains will become more exorbitant than they are today. Should this
philosophy continue, property taxes on what is left of private land will be so
astronomical, Joe Six Pack will be priced out of the ballpark. Worse yet, it appears
that soon, only the government and environmental elite will have access to 'The
Great Outdoors.'
