What will you say when POC's political avatars are participating in the
body politic, at or beyond human equivalency levels, via the Online
Citizens' Parliament? When Bill Gates gives us NLP programs at high levels
of proficiency, should they be banned from the online electronic
direct democracy?
What if China or India or Japan or Iran should start deploying such
NLP-equipped political avatars covertly in the electronic democracies of
USA and Canada? They might lead and shape public opinion contrary to the
best interest of citizens here.
How then could there not be an "AI Arms Race"?
