British Prime Minister Tony Blair unveiled the long-awaited Iraq dossier today, ahead
of an emergency debate in Parliament about Iraq. As NBC's Campbell Brown reports, the
document provided a highly detailed look at Saddam Hussein's quest for weapons of mass
destruction, but seemed only to underline what experts have already been saying for
years: Iraq continues to pursue biological, chemical and nuclear weapons programs in
