Subject: [BCPOLITICS] Re: Replicate the "Laithwaite Effect" and win $1,000,000!

I understand that you are a rude jerk but the procedure is clear. J Doe
(or J Doevanoff) in St. Peterbersberg, the proverbial 90 lb. weakling, can
go to USP and ask to borrow a 50 lb. gyroscope. J Doevanoff then arranges
for a stage demonstration with JREF (the kind Eric Laithwaite did).

J lifts the 50 lb. with one hand with ease and above the head, thereby
demonstrating a paranormal ability, ie super-human strength. There is NO
SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION OF THIS which is why EL was shunned by the
scientific establishment. So it meets all the crieria of the JREF "Psychic
Challenge".

According to <http://www.gov.bc.ca> some 3/4 of British Columbians were Internet users
by 2001. In 5 years or so, the new EDD, "Electronic Direct Democracy" will be fully
developed and the CITIZENS' PARLIAMENT will hold the reins of power daily over the
Victoria Parliament. The 1996 Recall and Initiative Act enables CITIZENS to recall
even the Premier.
