USCMike1 Dear Clip: Yes, you are right about HIV-AIDS being an experiment and developed for biological warfare against people. However, it didn't get out of hand, it was planned that way. Also, HAARP was entered into the Congressional Record several years ago as a potential weapon against the enemies of America. Congress even noted in the Record that they demanded that the military NEVER use HAARP against Americans as it was so powerful and successful in its operation. HAARP is able to not only change and control the weather but also to cause earthquakes and be used as a death ray, which they have experimented with for many years. By now it has been developed into a well controlled devastating death ray weapon. HAARP is a huge multiarray of antennas positioned on the ground in Alaska and four other places around the earth that directs tremendous multi-mega watts of energy skyward toward the Aurora Borealis or the Northern Lights. Then the Aurora Borealis reacts and moves or shifts and can be directed to other parts of the globe and it heats up the atomosphere in an area that normally does not get that much heat. Heated air masses rises and cold air masses rush in to take the place of the hot air that rose and left a vacuum. This physical process is what causes the winds and the weather in the first place. So using HAARP they have been able to harness and control the weather and use it for evil purposes. With the earthquakes, HAARP has been used to direct energy into the fractured faults of the crust of the earth and as the earth tries to shift to releave the strain created by the HAARP energy the two touching crustal plates give and slip and cause an earthquake. As far as the death ray part, they have been able to use microwave energy created by antenna array and direct it towards a victim and fry them or merely destroy the victim's brain so as to take him/her out of commission and hopefully to die. As I said earlier, I have developed an instrument that can detect the very intense lethal microwave death rays and warn you to immediately get out of the way and to get behind something metal because microwaves are reflected by metal. I have plans for a special suit and hat that can protect you from EMPs - ElectroMagnetic Pulses, Microwaves, and ELF or Extremely Low Frequencies. The sensitive electronic meter that can detect microwave energy at low but dangerous levels I am still working on.
