9-11 RE-CONDITIONED Boyer, Anne. 2004. "9-11 Re-conditioned: The Slyest Bank Heist in World History." Internet: CTRL & MFHR. 3 p. __________________________________________________ In the aftermath of the 9/11/2001 disasters at New York’s World Trade Center Towers, Washington DC’s Pentagon and the downing of the aircraft in Pennsylvania, a number of odd questions arose to this author about the tragedies. For example, if Arab nations or organizations were responsible and if their motives were simply for terrorist reasons, what did they expect the tragedy's outcomes to yield? What did they expect the outcomes would be and so, what was their motive? Did they expect to gain land on the West Bank? Terror for terror's sake does not make sense. Did they expect to gain credibility from some outside source which would help them to thwart further problems with Marxist-Zionists? Was getting publicity for their cause enough of a reason to plan such difficult, perilous acts? The history of political terrorism includes most groups declaring their motives in public and seeking publicity, take, for example the counter culture group The Weathermen Underground. They used well timed, small bombs, and exploded them primarily in U.S. federal facilities when there would be no human live lost (like at 2 A.M.) and they always followed a scheme of obtaining publicity for the event through media organizations a day or two later. They always protested specific U.S. government actions such as the National Guards murdering of Kent State University students for their protest of the Cambodian invasion (1971) and other similar events. These groups have historically acted upon specific timing, specific events and specific motives and planned disclosures. The 9-11 scene had no such follow through and this naturally made the federal government's assumption that radical Arab forces were responsible, difficult to endure and believe. Far more questions began to surface among many researchers, among these problems which the U.S. government did not adequately address were the following issues: SMALL NUMBER HUMAN DEAD Why did the assaulters NOT inflict far more damage to life and limb by hitting the WTC's a few hours later in the day thereby killing upwards of 50,000 people which was the usual full population of the two towers? Only about 2,800 died in the incident because the tower employees did not usually arrive until after 10 P.M. and because the planes hit high, not effecting those below, as well as the fact that many were evacuated after the planes hit the buildings. Why was it that the planes hit at a time at which the investment firms in the upper offices had their usual full contingent of workers in the offices? These workers were probably the only workers in the building who had to be at work by 8 - 8:30 A.M. to prepare for the opening of the New York City stock and bond markets at 9:30 A.M. The planes hit in perfect timing to catch these workers in both World Trade Center towers. The rest of the building was nearly empty, how convenient. It was as if someone was intentionally trying to miss the population flow there for good reason. But, it also seemed possible that someone was intentionally going for TWO firms, the huge Irish Cantor-Fitzgerald's (largest bond traders on Wall Street -- rumored to control trillions of USD) in Tower One, and Fiduciary Trust (known as the home of celebrity trust funds such as Springsteen and other rock musicians, they controlled over 40 billion dollars in investment funds) in Tower Two. These firms lost much of their staffs and their businesses, as a result, now have changed hands drastically -- Cantor Fitzgerald's holdings immediately transferred personally to Allen Greenspan (Jewish stuff) and Fiduciary Trust's holdings transferred to Franklin Templeton (British hands?). TRADE CENTERS WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO FALL Whomever executed these events probably did not anticipate the wholesale collapse of these buildings or they probably would have aimed far lower on the totem pole. To hit the buildings at only 15% of the building itself, the smallest top portion spelled out the fact that the perpetrators were not trying to overturn them. No one watching these events could have imagined that the entire buildings would cave in, in fact, no body did. The planners anticipated only of the loss of the tops of the towers and the loss of the flights above the plane's hits. What this means is that far more important people may have been involved in planning these events, because they figured they could get away with lesser damage, and that these events, which were supposed to be small as war games go, had a far larger purpose which played out later and made the risk of damage worth taking. TIMING OF EVENTS What about the disaster's timing? Why did these acts occur just as the stock market had nose dived for a good six weeks, loosing about 50% of its height and strength right before the 9/11 disaster? Why did the perpetrators use a coded day " 9/11" as their target date? Contrary to reports that international terrorists time things to symbolism according to media reports stated by U.S. government sources, their examples did not ring true, no Arab terrorist scenes (like suicide bomber people) measure up to this sort of coding. What does ring true is that the U.S. government has used very clever coding for political/social military operations before. Project MK-Ultra, Blue Bird, Paperclip, Artichoke, etc. stand as 1960s - 70s testaments to the U.S. government's use of symbolism in military operations and intelligence maneuvers. Thus, if there exists a so-called organized "terrorist system" it has been activated in response to other world events, not to some unknown or unstated ephemeral "code system." The use of coded systems are more government procedures, not usually a part of terrorist group scenes. PLANES PENETRATION What about the aim of the planes into the buildings? The offices in the top areas of the World Trade Center towers were the most expensive rental real estate in the U.S., a testament to the success and lucrative nature of the investment businesses who occupied the space. How difficult was it to land a plane for the reported novice Arab pilots, perfectly into the World Trade Center so as to effect only these fully occupied spaces of WTC north above the 92nd floor of Cantor Fitzgerald and above floors 87 to 93 in WTC south, Fiduciary Trust? Interesting how the second pilot landed lower into WTC 2 than the first pilot. These hits seemed perfectly positioned for these two businesses only. And the same is true for the Pentagon plane, it hit the janitor closets of the Pentagon evidently, setting aflame their store piles of toilet paper. Not even one general's office was destroyed, not even a colonel's office, there was apparently not one significant computer interrupted. According to videotapes, the DC fire engines responded perfectly too, hardly anyone else appeared to watch these fires in Washington, DC. The plane seemed to aim perfectly into the building, at an angle downward, into a nearly empty octagon shell, as if to make sure that no other part of the Pentagon was harmed. All three plane hits appeared to be perfectly targeted into these buildings by experienced, professional pilots, possibly paramilitary, former air force pilots. This did not seem to be the work of novice Arab pilots. The U.S.'s government response to this being planned on "auto pilot" does not add up either. The flight patterns and the exact height of these hits had to be manually steered. Bush stated on television that the "renegade" plane which downed in Pennsylvania was reported being hotly chased by a coterie of three AF fighter jets who had just heard about the news of the plane hitting the Pentagon. The government did not release any information about this plane for days, until it had its story straight. ABOUT THE DOWNING OF THE PENNSYLVANIA PLANE Pres Bush almost apologized out loud on television when asked about this plane's downing. Then he quickly moved into a different mode and said he did not have information about it. It was known that this plane was followed for some time by three agitated Air Force fighter planes in hot pursuit. It's plunge may well have been the result of the AF fighter planes' assaults, and their gun hits. The government in that case, no doubt, did not conduct a thorough investigation. I have never heard of any thorough investigation into the remains of that plane. AUDIO TAPES QUESTIONABLE The eye witnesses accounts and tape recordings were sparse and questionable. Audio recordings can be easily invented, taped from any cell phone to another and the federal government took their time in releasing these to the media. The one convincing information from the American airlines ground controller was not even a tape recording but a bunch of notes written hastily on a small piece of paper. The fact that audio recording was not made is inconsistent with airline's guidelines, so what happened to it? It is interesting that President Bush was out-of-town this day, supposedly visiting school children in the south. VIDEOTAPES UNANTICIPATED AND ODDLY FILMED Consider yet another inconsistency - when 9-11 occurred at least a half dozen, possibly more, videotapes suddenly appeared on Manhattan television from eye witnesses in the downtown WTC area, showing the scene from several different angles. These were coming out of the woodwork in fact and none of the owners of the film were interviewed on Manhattan television that I saw, nor were their names released to the public on television. All the people who taped these sequences seemed to know to refuse to be mentioned by television staff. None of these tapes had the tapers' audio expressions of shock on them, none of them were turned off when the planes hit the buildings as a normal person filming these events in shock would probably do. None of these filmers stopped filming...even for an hour or two. There was even one film which was shot from an expensive building in Jersey City, NJ, all the way across the bay past the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor, which filmed the entire WTC fiasco and plane hits to the buildings. This showed up on local New York television stations even. Consider the timing of these tapes between 8:45 - 10:15 A.M. New York residents do not use videotaping equipment often anyway but at this time in the morning they are traveling to work, not found taping film. Even tourists do not flood the city at this time of the morning watching the subways unload, they are sleeping off their good time last night in a motel. It is common place in the later afternoon and early evening to see tourists engaged in these activities at but not this time in the morning. And what about this sudden arrival of the "French filming crew" who had permission to videotape the fire department nearest to the World Trade Center's daily events as part of a documentary film. They arrived a few days before the disaster. Who would want to watch the daily events of a New York fire department anyway...these are not usually very interesting. How did the French crew time their work to coincide with this disaster? Was the same paparazzi who taped Princess Di's car accident in Paris? How did these people show up, what was behind them, how did they seemingly know this was about to happen? Who were these people who showed up so perfectly timed to make this film? Who fronted them? Possibly some FBI-sponsored Hannibal Letcher team, former Americans, who had the insider scoop on these events occurring. Perhaps they learned about this through the insider paramilitary connections in Canada and the info trickled through channels. THEORIES OF GOVERNMENT CONSPIRACY Consider that possibility that the motive was not terrorism but financial and then consider what bootie was dealt out to whom. These are the facts: 1) Cantor Fitzgerald's entire bond trading operation, said to be the largest bond fund in the world, rumored to be $100 trillion U.S.D., was transferred to directly Alan Greenspan's custody (skimming off of funds this large could amount to literally hundreds of millions of dollars a year, Cantor Fitzgerald - an Irish firm - was beloved by the banking community because they were reportedly trustworthy and honest), 2) Fiduciary Trust's 44 billion in individual investor funds was transferred to Franklin Templeton's offices, 3) as soon as the war against Afghanistan began President Bush had Osama Ben Laden's fortune impounded in banks worldwide and this was reported to be in excess of $60-80 billion dollars, 4) untold amounts of cash from Sadam Hussein's coffers were also impounded as soon as Bush began his invasions into Iraq. If Bush and the U.S.. government have taken over these funds then the war in the Middle East surely paid for itself and with the bond market thrown in for good measure, it was the largest heist of cash ever pocketed by a government. Finding out exactly what has happened to these funds is probably not easy to do as these figures will not be shared with media sources anytime soon least they cause or create public problems. If stealing all this money wasn't the true reason behind the 9/11 disasters then other political reasons need to be considered. As to how the U.S. government might have staged these events, the following information should be considered. Perhaps the real pilots were professional paramilitary pilots who took these high paying U.S. government FBI contracts, perhaps out-of-state (Canadian, Australian or European) paramilitary groups. The point was to support the growing international political-economic platform of Marxist-Communistic Pagan cult rule. Further, Republicans possibly planned the events both to take over the huge financial empire of Iraq and of Irish Catholic funds. Oil was not the goal, but to influence or jettison, increase U.S. prices and production might have been. But that was small potatoes compared to the bank heists, which may have been the bottom line. Jews appeared to move in to take over Christian-controlled trillion dollar funds in the aftermath of 9-11, and this must be considered as a possible motive. The Pentagon plane may have been planned as a way and means to afford Bush instant access to the war machine via "Executive Privilege" laws of the Constitution, circumventing the usual requirement to gain Congressional approval. Recall disappearance of Jimmy Hoffa, teamsters union boss in Detroit in 1972, he guarded the gargantuan AFL-CIO funds. Detroit is known for having huge financial pots, AFL-CIO insurance and retirement funds for example. Those in charge of huge financial reserves can find themselves in hot water when others swoop in to take over, these positions are tenuous, hard to survive. It is easy to get away with large fund skimming and many want to have control of these reserves. What should the 9-11 Commission investigated, in light of the fact that the U.S. government may have played a role in creating this disaster? The investigation should have been a lot more basic, including testimony from selected people at the site with special knowledge and some family members who had insider information regarding the workings of those who perished in businesses there. Phone call content and statements from those in the tower to family members should have been public and considered as evidence. The following people should have been interviewed at length by the panel (and they were not) and about the topics recommended below: 1) VIDEOTAPE FILMSTERS All the videotapers should have been forced to give testimony -- especially and including the amateur French video team who "suddenly" appeared at the New York City Firehouse nearest the World Trade Centers just a few days before the disaster occurred to record "a day in the life of NYC Firemen." These people's names, addresses, affiliations, races, professions, and reasons for filming the World Trade Center Towers that day should be recorded. Let us see what they look like at the hearings. They needed to answer questions about why their names were never disclosed on television (did someone tell them not to do that?) and why was the sound to the video tapes consistently erased, why did they not STOP filming when the planes hit the buildings, as most in shock people would normally do, why did they not scream out on the audiotapes, the only sounds were the sounds of people in the streets, but no loud shouts or sounds from filmmakers themselves....why? Why was there a videotape made from as afar away as Jersey City, NJ, just as the planes hit the towers, and again, no audio sound from it? There were an amazing number of videotapes at a time in the morning at which no one is usually doing this sort of activity...about 5-7 of them. Perhaps more were shown on local television stations. All of this is odd. 2) WORLD TRADE CENTER PERSONNEL Interviews should have included maintenance staff and every-day staff, those who might had noticed odd situations or people and descriptions in the weeks before the disasters. Probably the assault team had cased the joint, talked to people, asked questions about particular activities of particular businesses in the Towers. The assaulters had prior knowledge of the workings of the Towers is the assumption and the investigation should have followed to find further information and leads. 3) AUDIOTAPE WITNESSES Those that provided audiotapes should have been thoroughly investigated. Questions such as why the American Airlines employee had to record hand written notes about those hijacking the Pennsylvania plane instead of having had that automatically recorded on audio tape, and why so many of the other tapes were so incoherent, etc. Why weren't there more tapes, more witness reports, etc.? Why weren't these witnesses more on television and included in the investigations far more? 4) NOT BELIEVING THE US GOVERNMENT'S ACCOUNT The investigation should have taken a far more open approach to its proceedings, considering the fact that the Bush Executive Office and FBI may have been involved in this disaster and a large cover-up, rather than accepting at point blank nearly everything Bush and his group said. Even the Warren Commission interviewed main witnesses at length including Marina Oswald, this is something the 9-11 Commission did not do. Relatives of the Arab men accused of the 9-11 plane hits should have been included in Commission testimony and questions such as where were these men in the days-weeks before the incident, what did they say about what they were doing, how did they act? What happened the morning of the 9-11 disasters, where were these men, who were they with, etc.? How long in advance did they have air flight tickets? Conversations, people, who, what, where? George Bush's investigation is simply that, HIS investigation, not an event handled in any prudent, relevant, judicious, Constitutional manner. So what was Bush's involvement in this anyway, since his reign has served to ignore, hinder, cover-up whatever witness reports exist. There may be just cause to consider that a Golden Dawn Cult faction headed up by FBI, Marxist Jews and British were the counterpoints to these horrific events -- especially the loss of hundreds of highly educated, honest Irish men and women at Cantor Fitzgerald in the 9-11 disaster. They were working in that building on that floor because they were considered the finest financial wizards in the world, and the most trustworthy. Arab "terrorists" may not have been involved at all in this disaster, it may have been purely a world bank heist and a small re-enactment of the crucifixion of Irish Christ(s)? The motives were greed (to own the largest bond and funds markets), to eliminate real and honest competition (Irish-Christian bond traders), and to take over enemy's land bases and resources (oil), in this case the Jews greatest enemies, the richest, strongest Arab states.
