Amnesty sends US dossier of complaints over Afghanistan detainees Matthew Engel in Washington Monday April 15, 2002 The Guardian excerpt Amnesty International is today issuing a 62-page memorandum sent to the US government, listing its complaints over the treatment of detainees held in both Cuba and Afghanistan, and condemning the US approach to the issue.
