The tape was discovered in Kulangar, in Logar province. There are no details on the content of the tape but it is said to be related to bin Laden. It is not known when the tape was found, but it is now in the custody of officials in Logar province and is expected to be delivered shortly to the Intelligence Ministry in Kabul, for analysis.
