Clinton and Waco, and an Earthquake
Now that Clinton is, once again, backed up against the wall...
he needs an out... a diversion, if you will... and this may
be the time that he will create that diversion. He could even
use Scalar wave technology.
The US government has had Scalar Technology for some time...
in fact, it was developed in the late 50's... and early 60's.
Scalar waves can be artificially created, and can be focused or
converged on any spot on earth. Two such waves that are out of
phase, can cause a sudden shift in temperature, causing enormous
changes in weather. It can also, effectively, be used to create
earthquakes. A sudden change in temperature focused at various
levels inside the earth would cause rocks and other strata to
expand, and trigger the quake, even in areas where quakes are
normally not present.
If some foreign government, like Turkey, Iran, or maybe even,
the Russia, committed some act that our president didn't
like...then it would be possible to punish that country with
the appropriate sized quake... and very, very large quakes,
like the recent Turkey quake are easily possible, using this
Scalar technology...
One Question that is always asked, is... where could this
earthquake machinery be hidden?... and that's easy... it could
be hidden underground... in some of the vast underground tunnels
and military facilities that have existed in this country since
the cold war...
Scalar technology is very unique.. in that it can be projected
right through the earth without loss of power... and when two
beams converge, that is where the mischief begins.
Now that Clinton is once again, backed up to the wall... he
could use this very same technology to create a massive quake
that would devistate parts of the country... like California.
No one would question this happening... because the 'Big One'
has been expected for some years... and the fact that Clinton
could induce it to happen prematurily, and with exaggerated
intensity, would be a bonus that he could use.
That way, he could declare martial law; his military would then
take over... which, of course, would include some of those NATO
police that he has stationed on our soil... and since he has the
Martial Law signs already printed, then they could be posted
almost immediately. Violators, and others, could then be
transported to large underground military facilities, like Dulce,
and they could be kept in iron rail cars, with built in manacles.
These type of rail cars have been prepared, for years...
He could then deploy small groups of operatives, to arrest and
detain 'looters'... which wouldn't really be looters, but they
would be all the political, media and internet critics of the
administration, a list of, which he has been preparing for years.
In all the confusion, no one would really know what he was up to...
as he systematically kills off or imprisions his critics, leaving
only, his main line press people, (CBS, NBC, and ABC) which has
consistently supported him no matter how vicious his Arkansas
Governorship and Presidential activities has been. Of course,
Clinton's lies, deceit and spin control activities, would continue,
helped by the spin departments, of these very same people.
Sooo... if Clinton initiates a natural disaster, like an
earthquake.. or some other serious weather happening, then it
could be that Clinton would be directing this pheonomena through
Scalar Technology, to divert attention from all the investigations
that are currently happening over the WACO incident.
It might be well to remember, that all 16 of Clinton's former
bodyguards are now dead... the first four bodyguards were killed
at the Waco incident (remember the four federal officers that
were killed?).. and if this 'MO' pattern of killing holds, you
know the (Motis Operendi), like the killing of a Religious building
full of Children, Women, and Men, to hide the deaths of four of
his former bodyguards, then Clinton will not hesitate to kill
again.
It might be worth mentioning, that all those dead bodyguards were
the same bodyguards who drove Arkansas Governor Clinton around to
have sexual visits with all those women)... and so now, they all
had to die... to protect Clinton's dirty little secret.
So, if Clinton's killing pattern holds true to form, then killing
a few, or killing a whole planeload of people, to hide the true
nature of the Ron Brown death... is not a problem for the morals
of this man...
You might remember Commerce Secretary Ron Brown, who died in a
plane crash (but who had a bullet hole in his head... as observed
by three Forensic Pathologists, and one Forensic Photographer).
So killing off a few thousands, or maybe a few millions, of people
in a government induced catastrophe is not beyond the scope of this
man.
Many of the presidents closest advisors, and appointees, have
suggested that Clinton do something, so that he could extend his
reign of power, and creating a catastrophic Earthquake or Weather
emergency, or some other event, like nuclear, could be his way of
extending his presidency and, of course, delaying, or preventing
the trials, of many of his co-harts, like Janet Reno...
The thing to watch for... is a catastrophic event... and if that
happens... then take cover... because the killing will begin,
under the guise of martial law.
