-Caveat Lector- In case anyone is interested, there was a bill that just passed the Oregon Senate which defined Human DNA as *NOT* being the property of the person ie: if you live in Oregon then, the Oregon Senate just declared, by signing this bill, that YOUR OWN DNA is not your property.
