MEXICO: Fox Campaign was Illegally Funded by U.S. Interests

Opposition Leaders Call for New Election

Tenochtitlan - May 8, 2002 - (ACN) A bombshell just hit Mexico after revelations
were made public that Vicente Fox's campaign for president two years ago was
illegally funded by U.S. business and other foreign interests. Mexican federal
legislators and leaders of the two major oppositional parties, the PRD and the PRI,
are calling Fox's government illegitimate and are asking for a reversal of the July
2000 electoral results.

Mexican Senators Manuel Bartlett, Fidel Herrera and Oscar Cantón Zetina said that
they are extremely troubled by the findings of the Tribunal Electoral del Poder
Judicial de la Federación (TFPJF) and their directive to the Instituto Federal
Electoral
(IFE) to conduct an immediate and thorough investigation of the large sums of funds
that were funneled to Fox's campaign from U.S. sources. The TFPJF is an arm of
the Mexican Supreme Court that was set up in 1996 to provide judicial decisions in
electoral fraud cases involving federal elections. The IFE is the federal agency that
administers national elections.

Vicente Fox of the Partido Accion Nacional (PAN) shocked Mexico when he defeated
the PRI after the latter held power for over 71 years. There had been allegations from
the beginning that Fox had received large sums of money from certain interests in
the United States for his campaign organizations called "Alianza por el Cambio"
(Alliance for Change) and "Amigos de Fox" (Friends of Fox).

The principal architect of Vicente Fox's campaign victory turns out to be Mexican
Jewish Mogul Lino Korrodi, a former Coca Cola kingpin and boss of Fox when both
were with Coca Cola in Monterrey, Mexico. Lino Korrodi was the National Finance
Manager for the Fox Campaign and funneler of U.S. funds to the campaign. Both
Fox and Korrodi studied business at Harvard University in Massachusetts. Lino
Korrodi also studied and majored in Economics at the Tec de Monterrey, a Jewish
stronghold in Mexico. While at the Tec de Monterrey, Korrodi made strong
connections with the Saúl Martínez and the Zacarías Hinojosa families, both very
powerful and wealthy Jewish families in the State of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Lino Korrodi engineered a very sophisticated scheme to funnel vast amounts of
funds from U.S business and Zionist interests to the "Alianza por el Cambio"
(Alliance for Change) and "Amigos de Fox" (Friends of Fox) campaign organizations.
The scheme involved U.S. corporations and Zionist political action committees to
make deposits in U.S. banks that included, among others, Citibank of New York and
US/ Mexico border banks such as the Laredo National Bank and the Bank of West El
Paso. The deposits were made in the name of Valeria Korrodi, Lino Korrodi's eldest
daughter of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. Ms. Korrodi would than turn over the funds in
manageable amounts to Mexican Jewess Carlota Robinson who would than make
major payments for campaign services such as to the television and radio networks
and other mass media organizations. In addition, numerous phoney paper
companies were set up by Lino Korrodi, money wired to their Mexican bank accounts
by Valeria Korrodi and than the "ghost companies" would make major contributions
to the Fox presidential campaign. Among these "paper only companies" where
numerous subsidiaries of Enron, the now discredited Houston, Texas energy
company.

The monetary assistance from U.S. Zionist interests had some strings attached. In
return, Fox had to appoint a number of Mexican Jews to top cabinet level
government positions. One particular appointment has created major headaches for
President Fox. It is the appointment of Jorge Castaneda Gutman as Secretary of
Foreign Relations. Jorge Gutman has made a mess of Mexico's foreign relations.
The majority of the Mexican Congress is demanding his resignation after being
accused of "entreguismo" or of "selling out" to U.S. interests. He has, single handed,
torn to shreds the great and friendly relations that Mexico has had with Cuba. He
also sabotaged Mexico's role during the last United Nation's Conference on Racism
in South Africa when an important vote to equate Zionism with Racism was being
considered. Presently there is a drive by some Senators to have Jorge Gutman tried
as a Mexican traitor in a national tribunal.

On October 10, 2001, two Israelis, one a retired Colonel of the Israeli Defense
Forces and presumed MOSSAD agent penetrated the highly secured headquarters
of the Mexican Congress. They had Glock automatics, hand grenades and
explosives. They were arrested just prior to the execution of their mission which was
presumed to be blowing up the Mexican Congressional building. This created quite a
stir in Mexico City in the days following the terrorist attempt. The entire incident
was
covered by major newspapers and both television networks as well as numerous
radio stations. The whole affair was swept under the rug and the two Israelis
released after the intervention of Mexican Foreign Secretary Jorge Gutman and the
Israeli Embassy in Mexico City. President Fox has refused to dismiss Gutman from
his duties.

Meanwhile, both U.S. corporate and Zionist interests are benefiting tremendously
under the Fox administration, all at the expense of the Mexican people. Lino Korrodi
has now cornered the Mexican sugar industry, a ploy that will help the Coca Cola
Company and other U.S. beverage businesses. More and more U.S. owned
"maquiladoras" are being given free reign not just along the border but in the the
interior as well. Wages and benefits of maquiladora workers are the lowest in the
world, all which benefits greedy U.S. corporate interests and depress the wages of
the American worker. The weighty burden to Mexico of the foreign debt owed to the
International Monetary Fund and the World Bank is getting heavier and heavier and
may soon have similar consequences as those in Argentina.

There was great hope for a new ERA in Mexico when Vicente Fox won the
presidency on July 2000. Now that Mexicans know how he actually won, this hope
has diminished significantly. It seems that he won by selling out to foreign interests.
Mexico has greatly cherished its sovereignty. This political revelation will definitely
have major consequences. It is doubtful that the Fox government will survive.

Fox is saying: "Finally something that will grow at more than 7%!"
The person behind him is Jorge Gutman
