Subject: Fornshill's Report on Foster's Death Buried at CIA?
>From the most recent AIM REPORT:
AIM's ... suit is against the CIA for release of their report of
their debriefing on the morning of July 21, 1993 of Kevin
Fornshill, the U.S. Park Police officer who was the first officer
to find Foster's body. Fornshill had left his post at the
entrance of the CIA headquarters near Ft. Marcy Park in response
to a radio message that a dead body had been found there.
We have been in touch with a former CIA employee who spoke with
Fornshill at the CIA headquarters the next morning. What he says
Fornshill told him was very interesting, and we want to see what
the official debriefing report says. The CIA is also
stonewalling. They have told the court that they neither affirm
nor deny that they have such a report. The Foster death had no
known connection to the CIA except for Fornshill having been
posted as a guard at their entrance. We can see no excuse for
them to refuse to tell the public what Fornshill told them.
