-Caveat Lector-

Radman,
First of all, kindly do not use my name as the SUBJECT, please. That is not
the subject and is rude.

Secondly, your news release is dated November 11. I posted the results of
the "investigation" recently as did a couple of others. Nothing was found
that was credible. The police with dogs turned out to be chasing a robbery
suspect. The road block had been there for a month and was routine (for
those too dumb to drive around the block). Did you not read the current
posts about nothing of illegality being found? Every little incident
explained.

But you may be right about some of these LAWYERS and professional civil
rights groups bringing private suits for money. I am sure human nature
being what it is some will try to collect some sort of damages. That is
what these people do for a living. I cannot count what lawyers and
professional racial groups contend. I am talking about real, factual
charges brought by the justice department. Crimes, rights violations. None
were found.

I have read that very same worn out account of the "riot" until I could gag.
I watched it on TV replayed over and over ad nauseum, to. The committee
said it had NOTHING to do with their decision to stop counting. Period. No
matter how badly you want that to be the reason, it was not. They estimated
the time needed and decided it was not there. NOTHING to do with the riot
which was mostly reporters and not even Republicans. If only they would say
they were intimidated! What great PR for the Dems. But they will not lie
even for their party, unlike the majority involved in this mess. Repeat:
The committee says it was not intimidated nor frightened nor anything else
by the "riot" and it head nothing to do with their decision to stop
counting. And it would have made such a good story! What is wrong with
those people! Spoiling such an opportunity to blame the Republicans like
that!

So do not show me lawyers claims filed to earn a quick buck. Show me the
Dept of Justice charges brought based on fact and not somebody out to make a
fast buck pretending to have had their rights violated. And something
current not 6 weeks old. Stating that an investigation is going to be held
does NOT prove evidence was found. Show me the found evidence as a result
of these investigations and pages of testimony and supposed names, found
that is by those in authority to do so. Who or what agency has been charged
and with what violation?

Sorry you went to so much trouble assembling all the old disproven
propaganda. Seems a lot of "misunderstandings" occurred.
Amelia
