I wonder if this 'dust' is what I saw this a.m. as I traveled to work in
the rain.
The wet streets looked as if someone had poured soap on the streets
before the rain came-sudsy. I saw it on and off all the way to work.
It's been weeks since it has rained in the Wash, D.C. area.
