John DeCamp, who strikes me as an honest guy, fingers Bush in his book "The Franklin Cover-up." A TV programme by that same name was commissioned by Yorkshire Television, one of the independent broadcasters and part of the Channel 3 network here in the UK. But, it never got aired. In fact it never got completed and all copies of the master tape were rounded up and destroyed. Well, not all. I have a copy. And it's a heck of a film. Seems that the film's co-producers, Discovery Channel, exerted pressure to have the film stamped on. It also seems that Mister Bush has some associations with Discovery Channel.
