If you don't know, you better tell somebody:

http://www.google.com/search?q=life+insurance+suicide

Most search results say no payout on suicide. Here's a respectable
sounding exception:

http://info.insure.com/life/basics.htm

"All standard life insurance policies generally cover death by any
cause at any time in any place, except for death by suicide within the
first two policy years (one year in some states)."

I humbly submit that the Mike Ruppert we know so well profiles for not
being capable of resisting roasting us morons in detail, if he really
had been Webb's friend and knew all along that Webb had such an
exception written into his policy. I profile Mike for assuming in
advance that us morons would assume that life insurance never pays out
on suicide.

Mike could still come back and claim he respects us so much he knew,
as everybody knows, that life insurance not paying out on suicide is
just an urban myth. Mike respect us? I seriously doubt it to be so.

Some people have real problems. Hundreds of US farmers commit suicide
every year because of classwar, but they use tractors to fake an
accident so their families will have a year's income out of reach of
mortgage foreclosure. Webb did not use a tractor, either.

Re: ruppert on webb

You can tell Mike has contempt for us, but not in the overt way he
says. Mike thinks we believe that life insurance pays out for suicide,
if Mike says so, based on his prediction of Y2K chaos and dinosaur
trickle down the leg fuel economics. Incroyable.

"in the ten days prior to his death Gary had: – changed the
beneficiaries and upped the payouts on his insurance policies;–
written individual letters to each of his children, his ex-wife, his
mother and his brother telling them goodbye(Mike Ruppert speaking of
Gary Webb)"

If Mike Ruppert had really been a friend of Gary Webb, instead of just
sucking up to gain Webb's sources, Mike would have known that
adjusting his life insurance policy was Webb's way of proving to any
REAL friend that he would never commit suicide. If we take that fact
alone, Ruppert is either a formerly incompetent police detective, or
is somehow corrupt.

Can anyone save Ruppert on that point? Just prove to me that life
insurance in general always pays out to beneficiaries when the
annuitant shoots himself in the head, and I'll crawl away. Maybe I'll
walk away, not crawl, because I invited you to debunk the notion that
life insurance is generally known not to pay out on suicide. Right?

And why would Gary believe he was about to be two-bullet suicided like
Tom Kersey, a journalist connected to OKCbomb via the Mueller family
massacre, and about to be Casolo'd, Cutolo'd, Sabow'd, Foster'd?
Because, as Chico Brown has told us, Webb was having government
burglars in regularly, and his motorcycle was stolen the day before
his unlikely to be a life insurance fraud incident.

Did Brian Quig and Barbara Wise and Jerry Clinton's Arkansas security
guard not all die shortly after government burglars first verified
that they had containment of all hard evidence the victims were killed
for? Government burglars are a death knell at the point they get
really out in the open and blatant about it, as when they steal your
motorcycle instead of fading away after you chase them off your
balcony. Quig's car was stolen several times, then burned, and then
government burglars examined his hard drive right in front of his
eyes. A BATF agent held Kersey's CB radio while he was two-bullet
suicided, one supposes in the presence of two CI's documented to be on
their way to the scene, and to have threatened Kersey with murder of
his family "like the Muellers", who had been murdered inside a
government safe house, according to DNA. Another fed wiped the CB and
stole the answering machine tape with death threats by federal CI's on
it. In Webb's case we see government burglars, and that's all, but we
know he told his friend Mike Ruppert by adjusting his life insurance
policy that he intended NOT TO EVER commit suicide, or to fake it if
he did!

OK, he was cleaning his gun, it was an accident, then the bullet would
have come from beneath his chin and more than a foot away. Ruppert
gives us the details, it was no fake gun cleaning accident, because
the bullets came from the side of the head. Ever clean your pistola
that way, MIKE, while holding it to the side of your head and above?

Gary counted on Mike to hear his message via life insurance
adjustments that he would never fake suicide so poorly. Come on Mike.
Are we really supposed to believe that life insurance generally pays
out on suicide?

GARY WEBB — Well, here's where the flames come out. (Everone wanted a
little fireworks right?) Gary left a long trail indicating his
intention to commit suicide starting about ten days before his
death.(Actually, even longer.) Let's deal with the two shots first
since that's the place where amateuers and dilettantes get so hooked
and become such unjustified and unqualified experts. There's a couple
of pieces of real bad disinformation in this thread. Gary was not
shot"in the face". After his death I went to Sacramento and
interviewed his entire family except for his mother. This included his
brother, his ex-wife and his three children. They were all open and
frank withme, knowing that I had been close to him.
His brother, ex-wife and eldest son all told me they when they saw his
body in the morgue, pre-autopsy, they observed two entry wounds near
the right temple (NOT THE FACE). I originally reported that the first
wound had blown out Gary's lower left jaw. His ex wife, Susan, later
corrected me that the bullet had not exited the jaw but it was clear
that the jaw had been shattered and pushed outwards. There was a
massive edema, confirming that it was a pre-mortem wound.
Now, draw a human head from the front. Put ears on so you know where
the temples are. Draw a line from the right temple to the lower left
jaw and tell me if any vital organs have been hit or if any arteries
have been severed? No, they have not.

VMANN: now draw a line from that trajectory. if you shoot yourself
through the temple and into the jaw, what angle is that gun at? seems
more like a dude standing behind him or beside him, then he moved and
tried to duck away from the shot or something, in order fight for his
life.

The second wound was in a straight line from temple to temple
acrossthe midbrain and was the fatal shot.
The autopsy report did not say that the shots were fired from three
feet away, it stated that the shots were fired from WITHIN three feet
away. That is a standard statement when gunpowder residue is found on
the skin. I was told there was also stippling (Look it up). That
indicates a much closer range (i.e. within inches). All of this was
also reported in several newspapers. It is not the ME's role to decide
the distance of the shot from gunpowder residure but rather an
explosives expert who can analyaze the powder and compare it to the
barrel length of the gun and make of the ammunition used. (I was
anLAPD detective, remember?) That had not been done when I was up there.
VMANN: yeah, the gun was close to his head. that's why he thought he
could duck away and fight the dude. maybe. but the proximity of the
shot doesnt mean anything.

Now add to that the fact that in the ten days prior to his death Gary had:
– changed the beneficiaries and upped the payouts on his insurance
policies;– written individual letters to each of his children, his
ex-wife, his mother and his brother telling them goodbye, They all
confirmed receiving such letters to me personally and in front of
other journalists at the memorial service;– moved all of his most
valued personal belongings to his mother'sgarage and said goodbye.–
sent an email to Al Giordano of Narconews saying that he was
contemplating suicide. (I believe Al told me that he even called Gary
on the phone and tried to disuade him)

VMANN: again, this doesnt prove anything. maybe he could feel the
hit coming. maybe he committed "suicide by investigation." if gary
webb had started a website, it would have been very quickly at least
as big as alex jones. as for sending an email, what does that mean?
brian quig reported that people had told him once that he had sent
them emails stating that he never wanted to hear from them again.
emails he never sent. that's the oldest "trick" around.

Gary was telegraphing his suicide to everybody. Even I had sensed it
coming in my last communications with him. He couldn't get hired
anywhere and he had burned many bridges behind him. He was behind on
his house payments.

VMANN: could mike ruppert get hired? eustace mullins? there are
plenty of people out there who get by. robert parry comes to mind.
wayne madsen just went "pay per view."

So anyone who believes that Gary was murdered, based on the evidence,
gets an honorary tin foil hat — with a propeller and a satellite
dish(Oh, geez, there I go showing my bad people skills again). The
thing that makes me so f—–g agry is the pain this has caused Gary's
family every time it gets brought up again.
VMANN: right, its those darn conspiracy theorists who are hurting
everyone. questioning 9/11 is also in bad taste, because it "helps al
qaida," right?
