[I am inspired by an email from "planker" to make this report. LF]
Most of you, like me, have not been exposed to a good "Civics" lesson since leaving
highschool. I believe an introduction to "Pug" Winokur, Jr. and his "service" to our
government and country would be most enlightening.
Let me start with a quote from the web page,

In earlier messages, I have reported DynCorp's close relation to our favorite subject,
"forfeiture" -- for a refresher you might want to check the site,

Jr.; a most DANGEROUS MAN" at http://www.dyncorp-sucks.com/profile_pug.htm. Basically
DynCorp is making billions doing the government's dirty work. Not only are they the
recipients of huge contracts in support of the various "police actions" we are
involved in around the world, but they are probably the biggest contractor to the
government in its various domestic wars, particularly, the business of stealing assets
from citizens. The "DynCorp-sucks" site can provide you with details on their generous
contracts. A major reason for their success is that they are staffed largely by
ex-military from bottom to top, sergeants to generals.
It is alleged that 'Pug' is a close friend of President 'Dubya' bush and that
"Several members of the George W. Bush cabinet are former executives and shareholders
in Enron including the Vice President", according to the Sludge Report.
If you are not already terrified enough by the power of this ruthless man, maybe this
will help: ". . . on Nov. 12, DynCorp, a major government contractor for data
processing, military operations and intelligence work, was awarded a $322 million
contract to develop, produce and store vaccines for the Department of Defense"
according to the report, "DEATH TOLL MOUNTING AS CONNECTIONS TO DYNCORP, HADRON,
PROMIS SOFTWARE AND DISEASE RESEARCH EMERGE" by Michael Davidson, FTW staff writer
and Michael C. Ruppert

vaccines in the contract are only SmallPox and Anthrax!
According to another report, "TALES FROM THE GRASSY KNOLL" by Eva Sion, now offline;
"You might remember DynCorp as the company that saved the multi-billion dollar anthrax
vaccine contract for Bioport. It is also the company that miraculously "found" 17
million extra doses of smallpox vaccine that apparently had been languishing in
somebody's freezer. Now, like many of the corporate arms of KOG [Korporate Occupied
Government], DynCorp has its fingers in many pies. Its primary contractual
relationship with the US Government is for data management. DynCorp is in charge of
the databases for the FBI, the Department of Justice, HUD, the Drug Enforcement
Agency, the IRS and the Securities Exchange Commission. As a sideline it is also in
charge of DEA drug crime seizures."
So I say it is time to relax. With crap like this going on, forfeiture may be the
least of our problems!
