Hello there, my name is David Moncoeur, and believe myself to be a biotelemetry victim. Part of the considerable luck in my life has been to encounter a former MI5 agent, British secret service agent, who listened with sympathetic ears to my plight, then said there were certain people he could contact about my claims, he'd discuss this further when next we met. He had been very highly placed, shouted at by our Prime Minister etcetera as a right-hand man.
Meeting him again he said "I have found out one or two things. Your friends in London who have been into screwing around with your head for the past twenty years or whatever won't like you taking a forty foot length of copper wire, which must be insulated, and if you've got metal bedsprings attach one end to one spring then attach the other end to another spring. That might do something. Another thing is there is a German called Doctor Prinz who builds brain-wave amplifier jammers, he charges £120 for one with a three-way toggle switch, roughly that amount, because if you block along one wave-band they can get you on two others. He doesn't speak a word of English and has to be wary of the German secret police; the phone number I got for him suggests he has vacated his recent address."
Quintessentially, my search is to find someone who can use what meagre technical data I can supply about this in order for someone to have built it for me. I t seems to need fairly specialised knowledge.
