Then Oswald was conveniently shot and killed
while in police custody.
Tim McVeigh obviously thought he was in the
same sort of situation when Federal Officers
came to the Noble County Oklahoma Jail

strange, t.m. was reported as "speeding" and the pistol was "on the seat";
if you have just murdered 150 +, why hesitate to kill again?
