In reading the astrological charts of important political figures, it is necessary to remember that all charts contain both good and evil --- and the greater the good, the greater the opposing evil. For goodness itself necessarily requires a continuous overcoming of the temptation to evil, and this goodness --- a dynamic process, always accomplishing and always unfinished --- can never be achieved in any other way. Mrs. Madeline Albright was born as Madlenka Korbel on May 15, 1937. Ignoring her conventional birthchart, I will now read her heliocentric chart of conception. A great deal of good was promised in this life --- notably the possibility of real progress toward a true brotherhood of Man. Unfortunately, this wonderful goal was viciously opposed by a tendency to the most degenerate form of Leo egocentricity. This perverted Leo tendency was meant to be Mrs. Albright's personal temptation. But she gave in to it, and it became her self. Her chart is extremely powerful, the most powerful of any NATO people whom I have studied. In her relationship with Mr. Bill Clinton, her chart overpowers his in every possible way. When they are together, she leads him at all times. Mr. Clinton may or may not be conscious of this fact. But conscious or not, the President of the USA is controlled by this woman. (My Note: Blackmail Mr President?) Some of her power comes through the astrological sign Gemini. In Mrs. Albright's chart, this sign is afflicted to the maximum. Her mind and her voice are potentially instruments of evil. Professionally, I have counselled numerous clients who had Mrs. Albright's Gemini problem, although they did not have her power. Many of them were extremely clever pathological liars who managed to appear truthful. One and all, they brought damage and pain to other people through their mouths. Generally, they all possessed a sharp and sarcastic wit which many people mistakenly consider intelligent. They came from family backgrounds where a sort of cold intellectuality was applauded and encouraged. But their intellectuality was demonic. All of them brought terrible and long-standing harm through their ideas and their words. As time went on, the minds of these people became more and more obsessed with violent and evil ideas. Forgetting all reason, they came to identify with these ideas, taking them to be the only truth. As this degeneration occurred, their actual voices also degenerated. Previously authoritative and commanding, their voices began to take on an unpleasant, rasping quality, even as their words began to sound insane. In some of these people, the harsh tone got worse and worse, leading finally to a dictatorial shouting at everyone, like attempting to command the wind. In the worst cases, their voices and their speech became painfully ugly, difficult to hear, and no one wanted to listen to them. Mrs. Albright has used this ugly voice-power in all of her relationships. People hear this voice, and many of them automatically go weak, accepting it as their authority, even as they have always bowed down to evil. Bill Clinton is like a little boy when he hears this voice, for it reminds him of his mother's. That is why he does what she commands. In spite of her present age and feminine unattractiveness, Mrs. Albright's power is largely sexual. Somehow, she has learned --- even as Hitler learned --- to channel sexual energies toward egotistical goals. Hitler was expert at manipulating people through their unconscious sexual longings. The basic idea is --- first repress, then release in a controlled manner. Nazism repressed all spontaneous and joyous interplay between people, then promised release for the dammed-up energies through explosive and destructive activities. At one moment, Hitler would shout that his enemies were sexual perverts who wanted to rape all of the German women. In another moment, he would describe these enemies as dead and sexless old men who ruined the joy of family living. By this alternation of confusions, he built a rhythm of revulsion and loathing out of the very sexual energies which he was repressing. When the energy was powerful enough, he would release it as a diabolical collective orgasm of murder and war. Afterwards, he would use the unconscious collective guilt created by these violent deeds as further impetus toward even more diabolical fantasies. Likewise with Mrs. Albright. She has identified with the evil mother shown in her chart. This mother hates all of humanity, hates the idea of human happiness, and forever attempts to organize people into miserable and dictatorial scenes. At the same time, this insane mother is constantly screaming about how she is the good mother who wants to save all of the mothers and babies. It is time for humanity to learn about this evil mother archetype. Because mankind has generally venerated motherhood, has generally treated all mothers with respect, motherhood has become a sort of sacred place which is not subjected to normal criticism and scrutiny. For the most part, mothers are accounted an automatic assumption of virtue, and it is believed that they can do no wrong. (My Note: Well that is one old bat, and I can say that). Because of this error on humanity's part --- which has been going on for ages --- motherhood becomes a protected space where normal adjustments cannot happen. Because of this, the excesses of motherhood tend to escape notice, compared to other things. As time goes by, therefore, motherhood tends to retain its errors and dark qualities without being noticed. Unconscious motherhood thus becomes a psychic pit where evil develops undisturbed. We, today, are witnessing the collective results of this error. In Mrs. Albright's chart, the dictatorial, Fascist mother violently opposes the beautiful girl. This girl was meant to be the real Madeline, the person who loved people, the one who would love her man, love her children, love her neighbors, and live well. This girl was also endowed with high intelligence, with considerable powers of attraction, and with real insight into the psychology of mankind. She would have dressed --- and behaved --- in a modest, intellectual fashion. The low-life mother-spirit, on the other hand, was flashy, showy, and crude, like the Madame of a whorehouse on her way to an average American church. She is all dressed up in her version of finery --- perhaps with bright colors, an eye-catching hat, glad to be seen at the center of attention. She plans to leave the Pastor a large tip in his collection plate, knowing that his hypocrisy almost matches her own, and that the insult of receiving money from her will be offset by his greed. After the church service, she will try to find some way to create a noticeable disturbance, in order to be heard. She would love to have people waiting on her words, for she is blissfully unaware that her words only give proof of her imbecility. Unfortunately for humanity, the real girl --- the modest, intelligent and kind Madlenka --- did not make it. She perished, and she literally became her mother. Then she --- the mother-clone --- set out to oppose all such girls --- and people --- as Madlenka was meant to be. This, of course, happens all the time. A nice girl has a mean mother. The girl is opposed by her mother, manages to escape the old witch, falls in love with a man, gets married. But then she has children, or encounters a disappointment, or otherwise becomes tired and lacking in joy. And lo and behold, one day the girl disappears, her beauty vanishes, and her laughter is heard no more. The girl is dead. She has become her mother. Why is this? Partially because of the parents' psychic legacy, partially because the girl was taught --- as most children are taught --- almost entirely by her mother. During the major part of the girl's formation of character --- during her earliest years --- her mother was the model for her self. The mother automatically programmed the girl with all of the mother's nature, the good with the bad. But since goodness is based upon intelligence, and evilness is based upon ignorance, then any unconscious teaching must necessarily tend more toward evil than good. And in time, this imbalance becomes obvious in the outer, conscious world of events. This mother who teaches the child --- she is not the same as the actual woman who has given birth to the child. No, this mother is an ancient spirit passed down from mother to child since time immemorial. It is variously called the Race Spirit, the Spirit of the Ancestors, or --- by modern thinkers --- racial and cultural tendencies. But whatever it is called, it amounts to a powerful, ancient, and morally limited psychic influence which tends to command every child toward a dreary repetition of the old, primitive ways. Normally, this old spirit does not get much power. At most, she bosses her husband, ruins her children, perhaps becomes active in the community and does some damage there. But in present-day America, she has gotten out of control, empowering many women in the direction of a most unhappy, anti-male insanity. At the same time, she teaches many men to become effeminate --- to extend their natural politeness into a subservient acquiescence toward her at every point --- to learn how to giggle and twitter, to adorn themselves with earrings and other jewelry, to stand before their closets and to ponder what they might wear, and to think seriously about which cologne is best. These are her stillborn children, and they never lived. But in Madeline Albright's life, the old woman has taken over completely, bossing the Bill Clintons in her life as the neighborhood Moms boss their husbands and their sons. The problem runs deep. The real mother loves the child, and the child loves the mother. Because of this love, the child trusts the mother, and accepts her words as loving and true. But unbeknownst to them both, the old quasi-maternal spirit is also sneaking in, programming the child with its superstition and its fear. There are other, higher influences, to be sure. Some of these can be called racial, some universal, some purely spiritual. These higher factors are good, and cause no harm. But right now, let us investigate this lower influence which is such a problem. This problem was described --- and a real solution proposed --- by Plato in his Republic. But even though he wrote this over two thousand years ago, and even though his writings are in every library, the power of this mother-archetype is such that almost no one knows of either the problem or the solution. Of course, this maternal archetype can come through men as well as through women --- in this age, perhaps more so. No doubt, it was this archetype which possessed Mrs. Albright's father in his political work. And possibly, it was this demonic maternalism in Madeline's father, not in her mother, which later affected her the most. But whether it came more through her father or mother, the entity which did the damage was the demonic, collective mother. In general --- when this entity possesses a man, it will do so indirectly. The man will not be the mother --- rather, he will unconsciously demonstrate what happens to a man who is dominated by such a thing. He will behave in a weak and castrated fashion --- effeminate, dominated by hysterical maudlin emotions, lacking law and orderliness, unacquainted with reason. He will become a shameful coward who may attempt to compensate by cruel violence --- as long as he himself remains safe. Prime examples of this are Mr. Bill Clinton and Mr. Tony Blair. But there are exceptions to this rule. Hitler was a man who expressed the evil mother both indirectly --- in his pathetic failure as a moral man --- and directly, as the screaming hag itself. But in women, it will almost always act directly. In the extreme, she will scream, blame, divorce everyone, and throw things --- until the possession passes. Deep down in the bowels of humanity's collective psyche, this hag actually exists. Through the ages, she surfaces from time to time. Always, she speaks the same lines --- "Kill the men. The men are evil, all they do is rape the women. All they ever do is kill my babies. Quick, tell everyone, don't take any time to reason, just go kill as many men as you can! My mother told me about this. She told me that men are no good. All they ever want is sex. I will take my good baby and leave the bad man. Only I can save my baby! Look at the poor babies. Feel awful for the weeping women. The babies have nothing to eat. But don't let the bad men kill me! I'm afraid! The men are coming, the men are coming! Kill them!" ...and so on and so forth, as everyone has heard for quite some time. NATO's attack on Serbia, which began on March 24, 1999, was denoted by the most evil astrological chart which I have ever seen. Remember, this is not in the conventional astrology, but only on the esoteric level. That chart spoke of the sudden uprising of the hateful-mother archetype out of the bowels of Hell. On that day, all of the earth's hidden evil came out, directed at the manliness of mankind. This hellishness was represented as a profane and diabolical lying mind shooting missiles of destruction at honesty. Lies came up out the pit to do battle with truth. This was represented on the stage of the world as explosive missiles thrown by USA-NATO against Serbia. The evil was denoted by the ugliest affliction to Gemini that I have ever seen in my lifetime. Gemini denotes --- among other things --- the everyday verbal mind, the press, hearsay, gossip, the media, public opinion, and the speeches of governmental leaders. This Gemini monstrosity shot destructive projectiles directly at the best and most moral side of Sagittarius --- at religion, at faith, at good will, at international relations --- at law, at decency, and directly at man's concept of God. On the physical plane, this came out simply. The nation which used propaganda in the most efficient manner threw missiles and bombs at the nation of many churches. The world's greatest profane liar attempted to destroy a fundamentally religious people who were minding their own business. The chilling thing is this --- the terrible astrological chart of that attack was exactly aligned --- in all of its many planetary facets, down to the astrological degree and minute --- with the corresponding diabolical configuration in Mrs. Albright's chart. It was the one and only moment in Mrs. Albright's life that her evil would have the maximum power. Make no mistake. This evil is truly evil, and very efficient. It has swooped upon the world scene at its one opportune moment. It seeks only to hurt, maim, kill, devastate, and destroy. It wishes to degrade and pervert, so that men will end their lives in shame. It loves to create pain. That is what evil is. It would like to create World War III, then sit back and laugh at the carnage, just as the Americans presently watch the Serbian carnage on their TV sets, then become bored and switch to another movie. It will do so, unless good men put a stop to what this woman --- and others like her --- let in. I have her chart in front of me. I have the chart for the attack on Serbia in front of me. The two match perfectly. There is no avoiding the natural conclusion. Mrs. Albright attacked Serbia. Without her, this war would never have happened. This is Mrs. Albright's personal battle. All of the so-called men involved --- Clinton, Blair, Solana, Clark --- they and others --- were merely weak little boys who followed the mother. And Madeline Albright is the evil mother right now. The conclusion is inescapable. The way to end this war --- and further wars like it --- is to eliminate Madeline Albright. She should be taken from power as quickly as possible, with no possibility of return. Prosecuting her, going through legal motions, wasting time removing her from office --- all of this would prove inefficient, for it would give the evil one more time to use this imbecilic woman for its own ends. Attempting to seek her punishment would also be useless. For by the time the woman were punished, the evil would have fled, leaving only the remnant of Madlenka's original personality to suffer the punishment. And that one never knew what hit her. No, the answer is obvious. This woman is now in a position of total power. She subliminally controls Mr. Clinton, Mr. Blair, and probably most others with whom she comes in contact. The way to end the conflict is to end all possibility of her influence. When this semi-human channel for the evil mother is gone, the evil mother's ugly child --- this insane, hurtful war --- will automatically disappear. Afterwards --- when she is gone, when the weak men are executed, imprisoned, or otherwise removed --- humanity needs to change a few things --- to take government seriously, to bring in good leaders, and never again to rely upon a democratic system which chooses leaders on the basis of programmable mob imbecility. It is time to set up true governments where righteousness, love and law are the King. Madeline Albright --- someone had to play this role. Someone had to show America how ugly its complacent face had become. Let all mankind kill the Madeline Albright in itself, and then the outer one --- that poor, stupid, power-hungry, demented little woman who has brought so much pain and suffering to so many people --- will be no more. But do not blame this woman alone. No, for she is but the true face of a nation. Unfortunately, there are many more like her --- unscrupulous idiots who, when tested with power, ultimately give in and use it for evil. Eliminating Mrs. Albright from the world stage will solve the immediate problem. But this must be followed up, quickly and conscientiously, as we all eliminate every last remnant of Madeline Albright from ourselves. Then might humanity put down the degenerate American Lie, once and for all. Then might mankind listen to people like the Serbs --- who have been quietly teaching everyone how to behave like men, even as they patiently endure false accusations, injustice, violence, and pain.
