I don't remember who is keeping track, and I don't remember if this one is on the list or not, but here goes: Last week, on vacation, we were driving in Delaware, and we drove past the National Guard Training Facility in Bethany Beach. There was no training..... in fact, there was no sign of life anywhere. The ONLY thing visible on the base was row after row after row of bungalow-style barracks, surrounded by a chain-link fence.
