-Caveat Lector- Mouth Of Them That Speak Lies Morally Bankrupt Media
By: Dave Franklin Broadcast and print media in post-modern America mix deception with shredded truth. Incessant distortions of reality by so-called "news networks" and establishment newspapers are openly aimed to misguide and mislead. And no matter how dishonorable their actions, those who bow at an altar of the politically correct are praised for it. This is the current situation. It's far too easy to say nothing can be done about it, but an outright exposé of the artificial cultural machinery is past due. Using venues for distribution of ideas that aren't controlled by some corporate, socialist, or globalist cabal, it is time to reveal a gaping black hole in integrity represented by these popular strongholds of deceit. There are exceptions to the general rule of detestable propaganda in media. Some news hosts and authors try to tell the truth from time to time. There are a few who make their way on national radio, TV, and print attempting to slip reality through the cracks in falsehood. Still, while these may be honorable of intention, their efforts serve only to add a scintilla of credibility to an otherwise morally bankrupt media social order. And ascribing integrity to any that participate in the agitprop system is a stretch given those stipends afforded them, which are sizable fortunes. Imagine the control by an establishment (whose interests conflict with those of most Americans) over otherwise honest countrymen paid millions for a career that demands just a small effort and to lie. If you had the job where one, two, or three hours per day are required with a little extra time for prep and were paid millions of dollars, would you be willing to lie to keep it? If you answered "no", that does not matter. For if you are not willing to help spread their propaganda, someone else is. And the only requirement is an ability to speak or write in clear sentences. Millions of Americans are capable to take your place. Next! We often hear from those who are dissatisfied with television news and national talk radio. Not one with any sense believes everything written in major papers. Those reading here among them, there are too few who ardently seek the truth. Regrettably, millions of our fellow Americans don't take the time, or simply don't have the time to find out what is happening behind a deceptive mainstream media curtain. Too many good mothers and fathers are too busy working two or more jobs just to maintain a household. They cannot explain it. The borders are wide open. Millions of our youngest generation have been mercilessly killed in abortion. Our Congress has unconstitutionally acquiesced its authority over foreign trade and other vital components of sovereignty. Government restricts gun ownership in spite of the Second Amendment and violent crime that could be eliminated. School systems teach deviance to American kids whose parents have to work the first half of every year just to pay their taxes. Yet the only things that are intolerable in this popular culture are patriotic dissent and Christianity. Is there a political solution? A stark reality is clear -- our body politic has broken down because of apathy and ignorance born out of exhaustion. It is time to mind America's business. And restoration of our Constitution is the only tool for draining a swamp infested with filth and corruption that is our single party system. Yes, there is far more honor residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue than was in its previous administration. But that is not saying much. And the fact remains neither the Republicans or Democrats can do anything that will restore the great American tradition of liberty. If they try, a media that enforces political correctness will undermine them and promote its horrible agenda with lies and slander. The American people have not killed their television or turned off Limbaugh and Hannity. They haven't thrown out the New York Times or the Washington Post. But when they do, hopefully, the next thing they will do is read and understand the Constitution of the United States, along with America's Declaration of Independence.
