The New Bill Of Rights

1. Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of rifle ranges,
pistol clubs, shooting societies, gun clubs, or any other such organization;
or prohibiting the free use of guns; or abridging the freedom to shoot or to
hunt; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble firearms collections,
and to redress their grievances with guns [or any other weapons.]

2. A comfortable and well-regulated populace being necessary to the security
of a responsible state, the levy by any individual, group, partnership,
company or governmental entity of any impost, toll or tariff of any kind
upon the use by the people of sanitary facilities in the Unites States or
any place subject to their jurisdiction is hereby forbidden.

3. Congress shall make no law prohibiting prayers in schools, or any other
place, or abridging the freedom of reasonable speech or a responsible press;
but speech shall be taken to mean sounds that come out of people's mouths
or, if provoked, their guns, and not strange and unnatural dress or hair, or
cohabitation with persons of the same sex, or offensive or perverted
gestures or behavior, or other things that cannot be heard and have to be
seen to be believed; nor shall disrespectful silence or the display of
badges, buttons or slogans be held to be speech; but nothing herein shall be
construed as limiting or abridging the right of the people to affix to the
bumpers of their vehicles such signs and declarations as they may choose;
and the press shall be held responsible for any smut or nasty things; nor
shall any publisher insert any card in any periodical which shall fall upon
the people's lap when it is opened.

4. Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speed by setting
arbitrary limits thereon; or prohibiting turns to the right on a red light
after a full stop; or preventing the removal of any buzzer or alarm in any
vehicle or the installation of any device, electronic or otherwise, therein;
or requiring any person to wear a belt, harness, helmet, or other
encumber-ance while in motion of any kind; or restricting the right of the
people to assemble at the scene of an accident or disaster to acquaint
themselves with the results; or depriving any person of leisure, mobility,
or a license to drive, without due process of law.

5. No person who has been granted lawful entrance to an establishment which
has on its premises an hors d'oeuvre table, salad bar, or other assembly of
comestibles shall be prevented from filling his plate therefrom as often as
he shall choose, nor be made subject to any additional charge therefor,
providing only that he shall have agreed to pay the full cost of an entree.

6. No person receiving public monies of any kind of support or aid shall be
quartered in a hotel or any other such lodging, with or without the consent
of the owner.

7. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, garages,
cars, trailers, recreational vehicles, leisure homes, condominiums, papers,
effects, belongs, and gun collections shall not be violated; nor shall they
be required to seek permits to make additions or improvements upon their
basements or attics or any place; nor shall any person enter therein for the
purposes of inspection or assessment without their consent; nor shall they
be required to enumerate their flush toilets or closets or any other thing
therein, save only its occupants; and if anyone shall enter in or upon their
property or vehicles without their consent they may in the first instance
shoot, and then make inquiries.

8. After one year from the ratification of this article, the sale of
contai-ners with tops which require than one motion to remove is hereby
prohibited within the United States or any place subject to their
jurisdiction.

9. No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous
crime unless a police officer shall say that he did it; nor shall any person
be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life and
limb, except if his sentence be excessively lenient or his acquittal be due
to a technicality or be otherwise ridiculous; nor shall he be compelled in
any criminal case to be a witness against himself and he shall be informed
of his right to remain in confinement until he consents to do so; and if he
shall be a witness against himself, he shall have the right to confront and
cross-examine himself.

10. In all criminal presentations, the criminal shall enjoy the right to a
speed and public trial by a jury of not less than one person, whose verdict
must be unanimous in all capital cases; and to be informed of the nature and
cause of the accusation and of the lesser charge to which he may plead
guilty, as well as of the maximum sentence he could receive should he be
found guilty of the original charge; and to have compulsory process to
obtain copies of his confession; and to have present at his trial a
court-room artist [and/or a video camera to record and broadcast the
proceedings.]

11. No bail in excess of one hundred million dollars shall be required; nor
any sentence longer than six thousand years imposed; and any cruel or
unusual punishment inflicted must be televised.

12. In commerce with other nations, where the value of the goods to be sold
shall exceed twenty dollars, the duly elected officers of any company
incorporated in the United States shall not be hindered from granting such
emoluments as they may choose to foreign princes, citizens or subjects to
ensure the speedy success of their enterprises; and if they shall be
quest-ioned for it in any other place the right of perjury shall be
preserved.

13. No person shall be fined or otherwise held to account for stationing his
vehicle at a broken inoperative meter; no shall any vehicle be towed more
than two hundred feet without its owner's consent; nor shall any fine be
imposed for discarding litter in a public place which is more than ten times
the value of the discarded litter.

14. No person shall be compelled for any reason or in any place to acquaint
another with his mother's maiden name.

15. No pregnancy shall be terminated without the written consent of the
fetus; nor may any person under the age of consent be struck or otherwise
disciplined, except by his parents or with parental consent, or by a police
officer having possible cause, or a teacher during regular school hours, or
by an officer or employee of any institution into whose care or under whose
control he has been given or placed, or a person or employee thereof onto
whose property he has placed himself, or by a lawful rider on public or
private transport, or by a citizen acting under provocation or having a
particular purpose.
