I think this is an excellent idea. We used to have a booklet on good speak, bad speak and no speak (ie "Totem and Taboo in North Bongo Bongo") issued under Multiculturalism Minister Jerry Wiener. Long, long ago (when Barney Frank was just a little Fairy and Jerry was just a little Wiener)
