[CTRL] Safety at concerts and nightspots

-Caveat Lector-             So many of us just presume that nightspots, theatres, and concerts are setup for our safety. How many of us have ever called ahead of going somewhere to check the number of fire exits or safety conditions of the building. Many of us don't like crowded places or being in a strange building or place with lots of people. The two incidents in the last four days in Chicago and West Warrick R.I. remind us to think before we rush off to party especially where alcohol or drug consumption is possible.
