There is an upcoming 'International Free Energy Conference' to be held in Washington, DC and sponsored apparently by the Department of State. It will be held on April 29-30 as part of the "Public Forum" initiative and you can get further information at; 800-777-8747 (301-595-7999) The KeelyNet discussion list isn't about conspiracies, its about free energy, gravity control, electronic health and related topics that try to provide uplifting, positive information and discussions. However, I've been to many free energy type conferences over the years and never been required to provide ID for the privilege of attending. It is usually a privilege to get to attend one of these conferences because you have the opportunity to meet and hear many speakers and hopefully see something that just might work. In my experience, only a very few devices that have been demonstrated that worked, none being free energy or gravity control, so it's been disappointing but most of the time, the speakers make it worthwhile. As Dale points out, this April conference in Washington is disturbing because they are requiring your SSN to attend. Now, any free energy conference sounds wonderful and I'm not paranoid or a conspiracy buff but something just doesn't seem right with this one. In the first place, why would the organizers have it in any government building if the requirement was for such 'security' and identification? It would seem self-defeating based on the very topics of the conference. Yes, government buildings have been targets of late so why hold one there with such a requirement? Valone sent a later email to Dale saying they had already received an emailed bomb threat which was turned over to the FBI....interesting that Valone works for the patent office. Let's see, bomb threats, government building known to be targets of crazies, SSN number to get in...yep, Jungian synchronicity requires 3 coincidents of the same nature, so those would be under the heading of DAMAGE, as in physical damage (bomb), physical damage (building attacked) or personal damage from potential mischief and abuse (SSN). I have nothing to hide. I'm sure other people interested or researching free energy also have nothing to hide, but to be REQUIRED to give your SSN just to attend? The comment was that Dale was being 'militant'? I don't think that's militant to try to protect our ever eroding freedoms. Well, personally I wouldn't go if my way was paid (which its not), something just smells funny here. There simply aren't any WORKING standalone free energy devices and if I WAS wanting to know who was closest to a working model, it would be a neat trick to tempt them all to a conference with all kinds of promises, where they had to identify themselves with, let's face it, one of our primary ID numbers besides our license (and you must have the SSN to GET your license!) Helluva nice database that would make! JUST from that SSN you could key up who attended, where they live, where they work, financial, credit history, medical records, tax and criminal records for starters....then tracking them as you wished....you're reading this on the net so you know what I'm talking about. It's not that you can't eventually locate someone ANYWAY and extract that information IF YOU HAD THE MONEY AND TIME TO PURSUE...but why in heck would you OFFER that information to ANYONE who asks just for the 'privilege' of attending a 'free energy' conference in Washington? Think about it, CAREFULLY. I'm pretty out there as to having my name public and how to contact me and I have to say I've never had a 'threat' of any kind, so that should clarify that I have no interest or devotion to conspiracies or 'militant' thinking. Such interest and activity just isn't in me. In my life, I've suffered no weird accidents or anomalies that I couldn't identify as to source, usually caused by my own stupidity or inattention. But then I am not YET working on hardware though I certainly support it and yes, I am well aware that the discovery and free release of free energy and gravity control principles will turn everything upside down. Each and every persons life on this planet will be profoundly affected, as will every business, all governments, all nations and entire societies will change as free energy and gravity control are released freely and put to practical use. So, if I was thinking along the lines of personal interest and those of my affiliated group and we were considering what our group had to do to protect ourselves and our interests, that is by considering the pros and cons of HOW TO HANDLE this 'problem' of discovery and free release of such technologies, the options would basically be twofold; CONTROL THE RELEASE OF THE TECHNOLOGY 1) just realize it IS going to inevitably be discovered and released so why not tap in, monitor and buy out or take over the technology so it can be phased into practical use in everyones lives through a controlled process, making sure that older vested companies and technologies could take it over and control it by using by patents or laws to regulate/control its use and ideally prevent people from being able to use it without having to pay the controllers for the privilege SUPPRESS IT - VESTED INTERESTS AREN'T YET READY TO GIVE UP CONTROL 2) identify and monitor anyone who could be tracked courtesy of that wonderful 666 number of the SSN..<g>...so generously AND STUPIDLY provided by the people attending the conference, geez, I sound like one of the conspiracy buffs, but if I was wanting to keep this technology from coming to reality, I'd certainly consider this technique of identifying each and every person at the conference and make sure they were all rated as to potential for chaos, then keep a watchful eye on each person who represented any threat through research, funding or promotion, that way my group could arrange to; a: buy them out, b: bully them into silence by threats or harassment or c: otherwise arrange for their work to stop or disappear That's why its important to FREELY NETWORK and FREELY SHARE your findings to cover your own butt...the CYA policy will protect you and you can still win by using a Shareware format as posted at; http://www.keelynet.com/share.htm Sorry to be so pessimistic but I agree with Dale that it makes no sense for anyone to voluntarily make yourself a target if you are a researcher or otherwise close or affiliated with anyone working on free energy or gravity control technology. It's not that other such conferences haven't been monitored as to who attends and who offered promise. I had a personal experience at one of Dean Stoniers Global Science Congresses in Denver about 9 years ago and there were witnesses at our table of about 8 people, I also told Dean and pointed them out the fellows who had identified themselves as government DIA employees. Basically, a small group of us were sitting at a large table and two men walked in and sat down with us. I didn't know them and thought them to be friends of David Fasold who had left the room and come back. After a short period of discussions, one of the men engaged me in a discussion about Quartz switches and expressed their interest in the work of Professor Nunnelly at UTA in Dallas. It seems, the Stealth bomber which was able to make itself 'radar invisible' by a special coating had cost billions and the government had massive investments in the technology involved in the Stealth. It seems Professor Nunnelly was using quartz crystals switched very rapidly in a high power oscillator circuit to provide basically a spark gap type frequency spectrum. When the frequencies from this were radiated like a multi-frequency radar, a very clear image of the Stealth plane, with all its high tech, high dollar technology came through, making all that investment in radar invisibility totally useless. The result was that Professor Nunnelly was shall we say 'having problems' getting funding, since his basic and very inexpensive (by government/military spending standards) was a serious threat to a multi billion dollar business and to the reputations and livelihoods of many government and military officials who spearheaded the Stealth. Nunnelly WOULD HAVE MADE the whole Stealth radar invisibility premise irrelevant. Geez, hope I don't get in trouble for this...but that's what we talked about. He asked how I understood this and orthodox science AND the alternative science information at the conference which baffled them as they didn't understand the terminology or concepts. I told them I knew many people who cross correlated in this manner for their own benefit and understanding. Most of us just hated mysteries and were trying to make sense of it all. These two men identified themselves as government agents working for the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), one of them offered me a JOB and gave me his business card with DIA all over it. He said there was also an agent from the Department of the Navy at this conference. I didn't have the opportunity to meet him. When I tried to find this guy later that evening, he and his partner were gone and I didn't see them the rest of the conference. I think they stayed about 2 days as Dean used to have most of the more technical material early in the Global Science Congress with the UFO, Patriot and Conspiracy material much later. So perhaps they didn't see anything or felt the other topics weren't of interest, I don't know why they left. One time encounter, but the one guy said they were going to come to Dallas and if I wanted he would arrange a meeting for us with Professor Nunnelly. I declined, he was a nice guy, very intelligent and open about his job, but I felt uncomfortable with this whole episode and decided it wasn't in my best interest to maintain contact. This happened at a table of about 8 people who had their mouths open in amazement at this open identification. Dave was there too and I asked him later if these guys were friends of his, he said no, they just followed him in and sat down, so he thought they were friends of mine or someone at the table. I asked the two men why are you here and was told various government agencies tried to keep tabs on what is going on in alternative research but were often puzzled by the unusual terminology, theories and explanations. I asked why the DIA would want to hire me and he said because I seemed to understand both sides, both the scientific terms and how it related to these alternative science terms. I suspect there are people out there at conferences now, possibly people we know, who are working in such a capacity, not 'suspecting this' because I am paranoid but because I COULD be doing it myself, but I'm not. Who do you know who can afford to go to EVERY conference, can buy breakfast, lunch or dinner for many speakers, buys many books and seems to collect a lot of information...woops, that's usually my approach, only because once that information is gone, its very hard to find again, so I have tried to document as much as I could in FREE files distributed 'via KeelyNet' and passed around everywhere there is interest. I can't afford to attend EVERY conference, even those held in Europe, Russia, etc. Those would be the people to watch for. Again, I'm not paranoid, I witnessed it and thats what the man said they did. What was I to DO for the DIA? He said I was to travel to various conferences, schmooze with the speakers and attendees and collect as much technical information as possible, them write up my findings in 'orthodox' terms and report it to the DIA so they could keep abreast. I turned down this job offer because I was told I would not be allowed to discuss any of my information or findings because it would not be in the national interest. As Dale says and I reiterate, we have nothing to hide, it's just common sense that you don't draw attention to yourself if there is a remote chance of something anomalous happening to you or your contacts that would stop your or their activities. Decide for yourself, is this particular conference really worth the risk, knowing that it is REQUIRED to provide your SSN to get in? Fortunately, with nothing currently working as a standalone free energy device and to my knowledge nothing certain on the horizon, YET, they can track all they want FOR NOW, but who knows what will happen to each of us in the future as to discovery or building or meeting someone who DOES have a working free energy or gravity control device?
