"Monitor", Bulgarian daily, April 4, 2000 (A Summary)
Bulgarian Premier Kostov and Mr. Boiko Noev, the Minister of Defence Great
NATOist!), had a surprise meeting with high rank Bulgarian army persons in
Sofia Military Academy on April 3, 2000.
Instead of concentrating on the army problems Mr. Kostov had chosen to speak
on Yugoslavia and the necessity of its cantonisation. Both Premier and the
Minister of Defence repeatedly demanded Yugoslavia "decentralisation" as the
best solution of the Balkans problems. The "decentralisation" should be the
main task of the Serb "opposition" (Hi, DSS!?!...). They added also that
Milosevic is the reason for the Balkans criminalisation. Milosevic is also
to be blame for the Bulgarian internal problems ( the gangs, the thugs, the
murdering of elderly people, Bulgarian girls and young women kidnapping,
etc.)
(It is still not quite clear if the Bulgarian economy total collapse is also
a result of Mr. Milosevic's policy in his own country. Surely very soon we
will hear it too.)
When Kostov came back from the Balkans countries' meeting in Budapest (sans
Yugoslavia), he was very mad indeed to the Bulgarian media which had begun
chewing the suggestion Kostov made there for dividing Yugoslavia into six
cantons. He denied it vigorously: they had misunderstood what had happened
there and were manipulating the Bulgarian public.
Some time later he talks again about the nasty thing at that meeting with
high rank Bulgarian military.
A demonstration of our golden rule: "Listen carefully what the lackeys deny
to understand what they have done - AND WHAT THEIR MASTERS' PLANS ARE!!!"

Comments: Having in mind that the Bulgarian government persons are the US
mouthpiece and postmen, we know that US political think-tanks' decision and
one of the US administration's end aims is
Yugoslavia decentralisation - or cantonisation.
Then Macedonia cantonisation.
Then Bulgaria cantonisation.
And the Balkans United States will be kicked into existence - HURRAY!!!
MacDeath Alldark's dream will come true!!!
Let's kick aside the corpses and celebrate!
