Since this problem still exists in the OOo 2.0 Release Candidate, I
_strongly urge_ *all* of you to cast a vote for this bug. That's the
only way to get something going.

You need to set AutoRaise and RaiseDelay.

I made some applications using the wxWidgets toolkit, also using GTK2.
These behave normally as well.

Well, as usual with OOo :-( the bug has been suggested to some
