Of course using gcc42 from the ports tree is a nice idea, and note that
this happens conditionally :-( not all cases.

I investigated a bit and this is a bug of gcc.
I looked into the log, and understand this is our system compiler. My
recommendation is to see whether this also occurs with lang/gcc42
