McMurdo fled the country and resides with his daughter in the outback of
Australia.
He is not contactable.
I am aware that a senior reporter for a Scottish newspaper would very much

Is it true that McMurdo, after resigning, moved to Australia,
& not long after moving there committed suicide by hanging himself?
Supposedly due to the stresses involved with Hamilton/Dunblane?
