csih (cygwin-service-installation-helper) provides a library
of shell functions that can be used by other cygwin packages
that provide servers and daemons. It can assist in various
service installation tasks, such as:
* identifying the underlying Windows OS
* detecting whether a "privileged user"

However, trying to ssh from 'outside' my router doesn't work. I CAN ssh
to my linux box. Then I change the port-forward in the router to my

A new version of screen, 4.0.3-6, is available in the Cygwin distribution.
This is a test release, that includes the experimental vertical split
feature (http://fungi.yuggoth.org/vsp4s/). Because this is a test release,
you'll have to click through the list of available versions of screen in
setup
