libpcre-devel: no .a files

LS, this package has the .dll.a files but not the .a files: $ zgrep '\.a$' /etc/setup/libpcre-devel.lst.gz usr/lib/libpcre.dll.a usr/lib/libpcre16.dll.a usr/lib/libpcrecpp.dll.a usr/lib/libpcreposix.dll.a I checked the libpcre build from source, the .a files are built, but apparently they are
