I just released Cygwin 1.7.27. This is mainly a bugfix release.
To install 32-bit Cygwin use http://cygwin.com/setup-x86.exe
To install 64 bit Cygwin use http://cygwin.com/setup-x86_64.exe
The 64 bit Cygwin distribution doesn't yet come with as many packages
as

despite my from address.

I don't really understand the intricacies of cygwin signal delivery, but I see
that it can suspend the target thread to determine if it's in a safe place to
deliver the signal (outside a win32 API call). I think that sometimes the
thread is not correctly resumed.

Tried 3 closer mirrors first which delivered the previous bad version.
