(which links the system libltdl)

(the GUILE wrapper around ltdl)

(the GUILE library itself)

When linking libsrfi-1 by hand (inserting libguile.dll.a into the
command line), and copying the resulting DLL to /usr/lib/ , use-modules
works correctly.
