Cygwin DLL version: 1.3.10 BASH version: 2.05a-3 Windows XP Professional When I run bash, it appears to be disabling the ability to scroll the window with the mouse wheel. To reproduce: Open a regular command-line window and verify that mouse-wheel scrolling works, run bash and it stops working.
