-L/usr/lib/w32api snuck back into GCC 6 in r227962, and while you
reverted it in r237276 for GCC 7, that wasn't pulled into either 6
upstream or our patchset. This needs a patch for 6 in order for linking
with the *NIX -luuid to succeed normally again.
