Can the maintainer for Cygwin's Cyrus IMAPD binaries
compile the `imtest' program (located in the Cyrus IMAPD
imtest directory) and make it accessible from the
Cygwin setup program?

I was trying out Emacs and dbus-send and ran int a minor
problem.
I sent the following:
dbus-send --session --print-reply --dest=org.gnu.emacs.TextEditor \

It sucessfully created an emacs process.
