Chrome Download - setup-x86.exe - Virus detected

I have downloaded setup from the Cygwin main page for years with no issues. Starting today, Chrome refuses to download it and claims it contains a virus. Thought it might be better to be safe than sorry so I am sending this list for further review. Chrome Download - setup-x86.exe - Virus detected
