I have downloaded setup from the Cygwin main page for years with no issues.
Starting today, Chrome refuses to download it and claims it contains a
virus. Thought it might be better to be safe than sorry so I am sending
this list for further review.

Version prior did not hang up looking for the "xz" files. I don't see
a mirror which includes these. I did not keep my version 2.871
install. Can I get a version 2.871 install?

I notice that nvi isn't nearly as tolerant as vim. Most programs seem to
accept escape sequences that are typed in manually - nvi doesn't.
