I released a new TEST version of Cygwin, 2.4.0-0.4.
(I uploaded a -0.3 release as well, but it was missing a patch)
There are three changes compared to 2.4.0-0.2:
- Newlib's strtold implementation was completely non-standard and
therefore buggy. I replaced it
