Autoconf is an extensible package of m4 macros that produce shell
scripts to automatically configure software source code packages.
This is a routine update of the autoconf2.5 package, which provides
autoconf-2.60. Yes, the name is odd -- but autoconf-2.60 is considered
a part of the ongoing 2.5x development sequence.

* Update to latest official release 2.60
* switch to cygport build method

the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
