GNU libtool is a generic library support script. Libtool hides the complexity of using shared libraries behind a consistent, portable interface.

This update corrects a serious flaw in the previous libltdl DLL.

Changes (since libtool1.5-1.5.22-1)

* update to CVS 2006-Oct-14 snapshot
* libltdl DLL actually exports symbols and so is not useless
  + thanks to Jan Nieuwenhuizen and Yasutaka Atarashi for the report
    and detailed analysis.
* fix for memory leak in libltdl
* compatibility with autoconf-2.60
* cross-compile fixes for target=cygwin/mingw
* switch to cygport build framework
