stow 2.3.1+5.32-1 is now available in Cygwin. This release is identical to the previous release, 2.3.1-2, except that it includes a dependency on perl 5.32. This is reflected in the version number.
Stow manages the installation of local software packages by creating sets of symlinks from the installed location (e.g. /usr/local) to a stow directory (e.g. /usr/local/stow/emacs) where the real files live. This allows you to keep packages separate, while making them appear to be installed in the same place. Andrew E.
