When using the standard '>' or '>>' redirector to redirect output to a
file on a NetWare directory, I get a "Bad file number" error. I also
have ash-20020131-1 installed, and it does not have this problem.

I am using the cygwin 1.3.6 release. I often get a
"Bad file number" error, most noticably when I am
updating via CVS.
for example, when I cvs update, I get the following errors.
cvs server: Updating lisp
P lisp/ChangeLog
cvs update: cannot change mo
