did something stupid, and now double-clicking the
cygwin link on my windows xp desktop gives me the
message: Cannot find C:\cygwin\cygwin.bat.
I was trying to get add an option for startxwin, so I

4) Installation got done, it asked me if I wanted a short cut on the
desktop, and I said yes.
5) I tried running cygwin using the short cut, and I get an alert saying:
Cannot find c:\cygwin\cygwin.bat (or one of its components).

when I try to run it, I get this error message saying:
Cannot find C:\cygwin\cygwin.bat or one of its components.
I did the installation on another computer and it works perfectly. Both my
machines are running Windows
