In the meantime I also added the remaining blocking patch for the latest
release 0.49 to the tracker.
Win32-API-0.50 can then be installed via CPAN (hopefully).

up in vendor_perl/5.10, whereas everything else is in 5.8. I don't know hwat
to do with/about that.
