apache start problem

hi, today i installed cygwin (including apache), but i meet some problem when i try to start apache, --- $ /usr/sbin/apachectl start /usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started then i try -- $ /usr/sbin/httpd -- it quit without any message. when i check /var/log/apache.log, it is
